All Blue Halo Fly Company products are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects and material flaws.

If your item arrives defective, we will gladly replace it at no cost or issue store credit, based on your preference.

To submit a warranty request:

  • Email wendy@bluehaloflycompany.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected item(s).

  • Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to help resolve the matter promptly.
