Francolin Hen Skin

This is a natural hen francolin skin with beautifully mottled, earth-tone feathers ideal for soft hackle and traditional wet flies.

Francolin sits between partridge and hen pheasant in texture — soft, mobile fibers with fine stems and subtle barring that comes alive in the water. A fantastic material for North Country spiders, soft-hackled nymphs, and classic wet fly collars.
