Spent Fly Fishing Duck CDC Puffs

CDC puffs are short, densely fibered feathers that make lovely little wings on dry flies and emergers. Tie one in as a soft wing or post, especially on smaller patterns where a full CDC feather would be too much. They give a fly that slightly rumpled, just-emerging look I love.
