Rabbit’s Feet
Rabbit Feet are a highly useful natural fly-tying material prized for their fine, buoyant underfur and longer guard hairs. The fur can be clipped directly from the foot and used to create naturally buggy flies with excellent texture and movement.
The fine fibers are particularly well suited for dubbing dry flies, emergers, and nymphs, while the longer hairs can be incorporated into wings, tails, and other applications. Rabbit foot fur traps air well and is a great choice for patterns where flotation and a natural appearance are important.
Features:
● Natural rabbit foot fly-tying material
● Fine, buoyant underfur
● Excellent for dry flies and emergers
● Creates buggy, lifelike bodies
● Longer fibers can be used for wings, tails, and accents
● Great natural material for traditional and custom patterns
A versatile natural material for tiers looking for fine texture, buoyancy, and a realistic appearance at the vise.
